A Case of the Mondays? More Like a Case of the Life-Is-Too-Much-Right-Nows

We’ve all been there. You wake up, look in the mirror, and think, “Who even is this person?”
You feel like you’re just going through the motions, like you’re not really living your life. If this sounds like you, don’t worry. You’re not alone. In fact, you might be surprised to know that this feeling is more common than you think.
The first step is to figure out what’s causing this feeling.
Is it your job? Your relationship? Your living situation? Once you’ve pinpointed the source of your unhappiness, you can start to make a plan to change it. Maybe that means looking for a new job or ending a toxic relationship. Or maybe it just means making some small changes in your everyday life, like getting more exercise or spending more time with friends and family.
The important thing is to not let this feeling take over your life.
