How to Tell If You're Going Bald (Hint: It's Not Just Your Imagination)
We've all been there.
You're in the middle of your daily beauty routine when you notice something alarming in the mirror: a stray hair on your forehead. Or two. Or three. Your first instinct is to ignore it, telling yourself it's just a fluke and that you're being paranoid. But then it happens again the next day. And the day after that. Suddenly, you can't help but wonder: is my hairline receding?
The good news is, there's an easy way to find out. Just take the "pen test."
Start by grabbing a pen or pencil and holding it horizontally along your hairline, about a half inch above your eyebrows. If you can see more than 2 inches of your scalp, congratulations—you're officially balding!
Of course, there's a chance that you could be experiencing temporary hair loss due to stress or other factors.
If that's the case, don't panic—it's likely that your hair will grow back in time. However, if you're noticing more and more hairs on your pillow in the morning or in the shower drain, it's time to face the facts: you're going bald, and there's nothing you can do about it. Sorry!
Balding can be stressful for anyone, but it doesn't have to be the end of the world. There are plenty of bald women out there who are still leading happy and successful lives. Just remember: it's not about how much hair you have—it's about how you rock the hair you do have! Until Next Time!...XOXO 🍁🧡🍂
